FREE MONTHLY MIND FITNESS SESSION

ART of Living and Being: Awareness • Relationship • Transformation

Moderated by Irawan Susanto, MD

These monthly sessions offer a supportive space to explore simple and practical techniques that cultivate awareness and inner steadiness. This is a public service sponsored by the Acuprolo Institute.

The practice of ART invites us to develop:
Awareness of our present experience—including physical discomfort, emotional distress, and mental tension.
Relationship, learning to meet our feelings, emotions, and mental states with greater understanding and support.
Transformation, allowing clarity, peace, and equanimity to emerge naturally as we relate differently to our experience.

Each session includes:
• 30 minutes of guided practice
• Simple practices to release tension and habitual mental patterns
• Open discussion and shared reflection

All are welcome. No prior experience is required.
